Refunds & Returns
Embrooms shall make all endeavors to deliver defect free products to the purchasers.
Embrooms can exchange sizes of the same product. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of damage, stains and fragrances. The tag on the product should be intact.
You have to self ship the received products to us and once it qualifies our quality check, we shall dispatch your replacement order.
Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the outfit via email (embrooms@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+91 9607513133) of your intent to exchange.
Custom-made orders cannot be exchanged, they can only be altered.
An outfit is eligible for exchange/alteration only once. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
